Classes can be scheduled from 7AM to 3PM seven days a week
at your site with a minimum of 5 students per class.
Evening classes can be scheduled at my site with a
minimum of 5 students per class.

CPR for Adult/Child
and Infant
(minimum 5 people per class)
A training program developed for the lay public interested in
CPR who do not need a course completion card. Friends & neighbors,
scouts, church members and group training. CPR skills and relief of
foreign body airway obstruction are taught. No certification card
issued
Adult & Child CPR = 3 hours Rate is $30.00 per person

Heart Saver CPR for
Adult/child
(minimum 5 people per class)
A CPR course for the lay responder requiring a completion card.
Workplace responders. CPR & foreign body airway obstruction skills,
rescuers will be taught rescue breathing techniques using barrier
devices. A Text book is included. Written test and skills
demonstration required.
Adult & Child CPR = 2
hours Rate is $45.00 per person
with AED 1 hour add $10.00 with
Infant CPR 1 hour add $10.00 |
Healthcare Provider
(minimum 5 people per class)
Comprehensive basic Life Support course for the healthcare
setting. CPR for all ages is taught including ventilation with
barrier * bag mask device & use of a Automated External
Defibrillator. A text book is included. Written test and
skills demonstration required.
Course time = 5 hours
$65.00 per person |
Heart Saver AED
(minimum 5 people per class)
A course for the lay responders who occupation requires
them to be proficient in the use of the Automated External
Defibrillator. Included in this course, CPR skills are taught
and relief of foreign body airway obstruction. A written test and
skills demonstration are required.
No infant skills taught.
Course time = 3
hours $55.00 per person |
Standard First Aid
(minimum 5 people per class)
First Aid classes meet a wide variety of needs from O.S.H.A.
required certification to State Child Care licensing requirements.

Lecture on basic first aid theory, conducting a primary and
secondary survey, accident scene management, victim triage and
movement.
|
|
|
Demo
and practice on bandaging, bleeding and wounds, fractures,
splints, heat and cold injuries, bites and stings, poisonings,
shock, stroke, plus other site specific first aid techniques to
be arranged.

|
|
This class will enable you to respond
quickly and appropriately to many life threatening situations. |
Course time =
3 hours $40.00 per person.

Terms...
- Registration by company aegis or
purchase order will be invoiced upon completion of class with
payments due as Net 30 from invoice date.
A company will be charged the
minimum rate of 5 students
regardless if fewer show up.
- Class rescheduling or cancellation
must be received in writing no less than five working days prior
to the class date. Any changes within five days prior to the class
will be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Life Skills Training only provides
instruction for certification and cannot guarantee the performance
of students in emergency situations.
- Life Skills Training, solely by
its own discretion, reserves the right to reject any student.
- Life Skills Training assumes no
responsibility or liability for any claims or refund, injury or
lost items.
